Activate or renew a subscription on your own AI account
A top-up is for an account you already own. Check the platform, plan, region and account status, then order a listed option in the store. Availability, price and processing requirements follow the current listing and checkout.
Choose the right service
A subscription top-up activates or renews your own platform account. A ready-made account delivers login details for another account. Model API access uses a key and usage-based billing. These are separate purchases; platform subscriptions do not include our API credit.
Check eligibility first
Read the platform, plan, duration, region, account requirements, processing time and required information. Ask support before ordering if eligibility is unclear. Mentioning a platform does not mean every plan is available.
Follow the original order
Choose a product and option, then check out in the store. Submit only the required details in its dedicated order form. Track the original order. If processing is delayed, fails or remains uncertain, do not pay again. Follow instructions or contact support. A failure message does not mean a refund has completed.
Protect account access
Some products may require login session details. Session JSON can grant account access; submit it only when required by the dedicated order form. Never send passwords, verification codes, full sessions or identity documents through support chat.
Account risks and after-sales
After successful fulfilment, a third-party account ban does not qualify for a refund. We can assist with an appeal but cannot guarantee reinstatement. Failed fulfilment, non-delivery and liability under applicable law follow the relevant after-sales rules. The API balance seven-day refund policy does not automatically apply to store orders.
