Payment methods
Choose a way to add credit to your account.
Supported payment methods
WeChat Pay, Alipay, Stripe cards and USDT. Principal is credited in USD; processing fees are separate and non-refundable.
Refunds and product support
API credit: within 7 days of top-up, unused principal may be refunded to the original payment method; consumed credit and processing fees are non-refundable. Accounts: after proper delivery or successful activation, a third-party ban is not grounds for a refund. We can help with appeals but cannot guarantee reinstatement. Non-delivery, failed activation and our legal responsibilities follow the applicable after-sales rules.

Billing
Each Claude model uses its own discount on official input and output prices. Cache reads and writes use official prices. Every call is recorded in usage logs.
