RikkaHub QR Code Import
Import an OpenAI-compatible provider into Android RikkaHub via QR code, configure models, and troubleshoot.
RikkaHub is an Android AI client. This site uses its ai-provider:v1: share format to generate a local QR code, without calling any third-party QR code website.
QR Code Configuration
Section titled “QR Code Configuration”- In the console, go to API Keys → Tools → RikkaHub.
- In a private environment, tap Show Import QR Code. The QR code is equivalent to the full key; do not share screenshots of it.
- In RikkaHub, go to Settings → Provider Settings → Import and choose QR code scanning. If both ends are on the same phone, use the client’s import-from-image feature, and delete the screenshot containing the key after importing.
- After importing, fetch the model list, select a chat model, send a short message, then confirm on this site’s call log.
- When done, hide the QR code. If it was accidentally sent to someone else, revoke that key and create a new one.

Import does not pre-configure model capabilities or context length, nor does it enable the Responses toggle. If you need Responses, first verify the selected model and client version, then validate separately.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”If QR code scanning fails, first check that the QR code is complete, the screen is clear, and the client version is correct; if it still fails, use the manual fields. If the model list fails, check the key and address; insufficient permissions cannot be resolved by rescanning the QR code.
